ABOUT
My 12-year journey of recovery was based on the 12 steps which gave me a design for living. I learned there is more to recovery than what I was experiencing through the 12 steps. Yoga, meditation and breathwork are some of the modalities that have been an integral part of my recovery. Through these modalities I have embarked on a spiritual journey that has transformed my way of relating to my addiction and life itself.
What drew me to coaching was the transformation I saw in the mirror. As a certified Reinvention Coach, 100-hour certified Recovery 2.0 coach, Yoga of 12-Step Recovery practitioner, Hatha yoga and Kundalini yoga teacher, I take a holistic approach to my coaching.
Some years back, I discovered the work of best-selling author and Master Life Coach, Nancy Levin. Nancy’s work transformed my life and gave me the courage to be the person I am today (not to mention the life coach certification I proudly hold as a Reinvention Coach).
Her Transformation Equation to support reinventing your life with intention is…
Change = Vision + Choice + Action
And as simple as it sounds, the hardest part of implementing the transformation equation is actually starting - because you have to move past the stories you tell yourself and overcome the beliefs that prevent real, measurable action.
A big part of coaching is listening. I listen to you, assess your needs and suggest a program to help you attain your goals to lead a thriving life. You are not alone; I bring my personal experience in my coaching. I help you turn hope into faith as we go through this journey together.
